Does the CEO do all the firing meetings at your company? At mine it’s typically
who that person direct reports to. If the person being let go has a relationship with people above that manager there will usually be some texts or calls exchanged between them after that termination meeting. I’m guessing kalani conversed with coach clark in some form or will converse with him.
