The main issue with LES seating is the rows are stacked on top of each other with minimal leg room, especially in the end zones. There are no perfect stadium seats at LES and putting seats in the end zone particularly will not improve room.

More of a height issue. If you're over 5'10" the person in front of you will be between your knees.

Well, the highest part of the backrest is at about perpendicular to the bench.
