Huh, Lake Powell has been dropping for 40 years.

It will take many years of this for Powell to get anywhere near its peak. If there is an early hot spring most of this runoff will flood, evaporate and not raise the lake near as much as it could. Drought is far from over. It requires a trend not 1 or 2 years. Just the way it is.

Colorado drainages were all about 120-135% of normal before this storm. Upper Green drainages in WY were about normal.

No it hasn't. It was chock full for sure in 1998, if not a couple years beyond that. And I think it filled up most years
