Naw, they are promising the money then going begging to boosters to cover. And the boosters
not only have to cover one time but year after year. It's a pipe dream. We are talking about fronting many times more money per season than most of these teams ever have from the boosters and they need to show even minimal services back to a business. It's a complete fraud. And yes, Utah is not even close to above board right now.
