I really struggle to believe that. If true its a massive failure for Utah.
Texas a&m insiders have reported they spent about that amount last year and had the highest rated class in CFB history. Utah has a very very good recruiting class. With that said there is no way they are getting good value for money if they spent that much. I would expect a few 5 stars and a dozen plus 4 stars for that much money spent.
