The pac has better schools, cohesion, population, history, and brands. The big
12 has been raded multiple times. Many school president would love to be affiliated with the AAU schools of the pac.
The revenue predictions are predictions. The don’t take account the new changes and variables of different sets of teams.
They have the major universities in huge population areas. The big 12 is comprised of secondary teams in population areas
