Once a week my elderly father-in-law falls asleep on his couch and rolls over on his remote changing his TV's input. Every week it's a 30-minute call while I walk him through the process of FINDING then PUSHING the same input button on his remote to get his "news channels" working again.
It's almost as bad as the 3-hour phone calls every time he gets a new phone helping him "re-install AOL" so he can get his mail.
