We don't have the data to know the impact. We have ranges but they vary greatly. The Imperial college study specifically looks at the impact of what you're proposing. It helps, we'd still be in a world of hurt based on their assumptions. Ultimately we will have to find such a middle ground, but as much as I worry about my job and the economy, I'm glad we have a period of time to gain more information before taking our next step
