South Korea was not testing everyone in their country. There were very likely
individuals that were asymptomatic that were never tested and identified.
But at the end of the day, it's not a material difference in the death rate between what we're talking about. South Korea is currently sitting at a 0.1% death rate. Better than seasonal flu.

Because death is a low frequency event, you need a very large sample size for "statistically credible" data
