Take a look at some numbers for average MLB player
Let's say the average player has a .250 batting average. That means in 4 at bats he gets on hit on average taking away walks and sac flys etc. On average let's say he sees 5 pitches at each at bat. That means an average major leaguer hits the ball for a hit on one out of every 20 balls thrown at him.
I would be shocked if anyone on here hit one for a basehit let alone more than one.
