no restrictions on use if they didn't go to college, tax free access and no limits on contributions. I've got all three in college right now and it's worked like clock work. There will be far more in their accounts than they need so in addition to college, it will likely help fund weddings and other life expenses.

Sounds exactly like the kind of person whom we should all be helping with our tax dollars. You know, for the weddings and other life expenses.
