which is fine; i love my ipad mini, am very impressed by the ipod touch, and admit that my kids' macbooks are very well constructed machines;
at the same time, i am AMAZED at how quickly the android OS has gone from being a pathetic imitation of the iOS to actually surpassing iOS in significant ways and that iOS is now copying android features; crazy
also amazing and how quickly the LGs and Samsungs out there have also caught up and surpassed the iphone, which is, once again, now imitating them (w/the upcoming big iphone) rather than the other way around; crazy
of course, to be fair: it's always easier to stand on the shoulders of giants, and apple's ipods/iphones were the revolutionary products that gave everyone else a template to copy, so they (particularly jobs) deserve some significant credit;
but again, unless you're a stockholder, who cares what their nrs say? it does, in effect, amount to rejoicing at paying a premium; i don't get the feeling of vindication from that
