I'm not sure what time frame this supposedly is, either. It looks like maybe the last year (Oct 2010-Oct 2011?). In any case, not included in these stats are the Nebraska games from last year (from what I recall, Nebraska v. Missouri, Nebraska v. A&M, and others). And since you are missing Nebraska games, it makes me think that you are missing other games.
But what the list really shows is, not that OU and Texas get all the games, but rather that the relevant teams get games. Kansas is rarely relevant, particularly not in the last year, so they get one game. But A&M, Missouri, Oklahoma, Nebraska, and Oklahoma State were all relevant so they all got several games on ABC/ESPN -- and more than you show since you don't have any of the Nebraska games listed. And if you check the ratings, pretty much any of those ABC games is worth about 3 games on ESPN in terms of the ratings (ABC games are typically about a 4+ share, BYU's ESPN games are at best a 1.6).
