I always arrive early so I am not rushed and have time to sit and enjoy the lounge and check email and handle any calls

prior to boarding. Internationally, I won't arrive anything later than 2 hours early at least, due to unknown wait times at their security and passport control. And again, I usually have lounge access, so why not arrive a little early to not be stressed about making your flight.
