What's the best way to balance this with cougar club. I plan to make a new donation to NIL, but should I also reduce my cougar club donation to simply maintain seating prioritization and allocate the rest of that donation to NIL too?

Are new revenue sharing rules actually in place?

If legal holds then yes mid 2025. Many schools will use this to roll collectives closer and govern “tru NIL” see share

They will need both rev share and true nil going forward. Most athletes don’t have a brand so an aligned approach
