higher end stuff is good quality and aged for a long time, and different flavors of the wine can be paired with different foods which is pretty unique and interesting.

I don’t drink at all now, but one time years ago I did have some red wine paired with a delicious prime rib, and the taste was truly extraordinary and high quality. And it was about the taste, the glass didn’t even come with enough to get drunk or anything.
