There are plenty of P4 and even P2 schools including the LSUs and Michigans of the world who are taking FCS talent.
BYU has a rich history of FCS, Walk-ons, Rick's College, JC, etc. players coming to Provo and not just being meaningful contributors but some of our all timers.
Do we all want super talented 4* transfers, sure we do. But that just isn't who we are nor who we've ever been. We are development program first and foremost and the sooner you can accept that then the happier you'll be as a fan.
And let's just remember the same crew that went 5-7 won 10 games this. You can poo poo all you want on how a couple plays...but a couple plays and we could be 12-0, it goes both ways. The team has talent and we're building depth. We always want more talent and more depth, but that stuff doesn't happen overnight with a program the size of a football program.
