…salaries and waste and very little of every dollar ends up going to those in need. Also once food and aid is delivered to many of these areas the thugs, rebels and bandits who control those areas take all they can right up front and leave little for the needy. That’s a good place to start for your reform effort and crusade. Fix the stuff that’s in place and corrupt already so that the needy get what they need. Then come back and preach about NIL money.
