Time I observed and noticed that the elite teams, the top couple of teams (there are a couple that are outliers) do not argue. The coach does not allow for the parents to complain. Instead when a questionable or bad call happens they empower their kids and teach them they are in charge. Instead of being victims of a call, they empower them to fight through whatever is in their way.
