We did it for YM a few years ago. Had a few guys in the ward who knew how to
cast and were avid fishermen. We did it for a month and had fun. Was a great way to get the basics. we met at a park and cast on the grass. could work on aim once we got decent by putting stuff on the lawn.
After we learned how to do that we learned how to tie flies using the same volunteers/dads.
