Yeah that’s a tough argument to make tbh.
And all sorts of circular logic where you argue that SMU isn’t very good because they haven’t beaten anyone, but BYU has a great win because they beat SMU.
I know that argument resonates with lots of blue-goggled fans, but that’s not me.
- We had more losses than them (until yesterday).
- We looked horrible down the stretch.
- Even some of our wins didn’t instill confidence in what we could do.
Can’t blame the committee for passing on BYU.
