…be just fine.
You realize coaches live in basically a year to year lifestyle— this is the nature of all top tier coaching, NFL, p4 etc— and they’re getting compensated VERY well.
Look at Bronco, look at Grimes, Jason Beck— just to name a few close to home among the thousands out there— constant change all the time
Arod is a multimillionaire. He’s making at least $800-$1m+ per year rn and even during independence was making $250-500k and more than that while at Utah.
This is what they sign up for. They understand the pressure associated and how it can be cutthroat.
You claim Arod is amazing. IMO, he hasn’t shown it last year or this year. Coaching, is all about what did you do for me now, Kalani, Hill, Poppinga all performed this year. Arod was (unfortunately) the underperforming weak link. He knows it. His group failed the others more than they failed him.
If Roderick is truly as great as you say he is, he will be just fine ans get snatched up quickly and continue his career, just like the hundreds of coaches that are, or will be out looking for new jobs following this season based off their respective performances. And the cycle will continue on as it always has
