Bring in another offensive analyst or two to help with play calling, film

breakdown whatever AROD needs give it to him, then if next yr doesn't improve make wholesale changes.

I like that the Offensive improved a ton over last yr(QB play) so I am willing to give AROD some more tools and some more time.

It always amazes me how an Offensive for the most part comes down to the QB play. Even in the Pros. This is where AROD could use some help in recruiting and analyzing talent earlier in the recruiting department.
