down that when they eat stuff with wheat/gluten that they get stomach aches.
But there is a sister in our ward that makes homemade sourdough breads. She uses some organic heirloom wheat and a 30+ year old sourdough starter, and my wife and daughter can eat that bread fine without any issues.
I also bought a pack frozen German breads made with organic European wheat. She can eat that fine.
It’s only our frakenstein food here that she has problems with.
