cuts all class fees without providing additional funding--let alone equivalent funding. These lawmakers don't understand that there will be no funding for science labs, field trips, art supplies, choir, theatre etc. The law applies to ALL courses that will receive a grade. Schools are also not allowed to change or drop courses into different classifications to get “around” the law and charge a fee. Imagine how this will impact athletics that require a graded conditioning class or student government, dance, cheer etc.
