Try a restart. The kids there handle routine things and don't know much beyond that. If you go in to take care of it in person that usually works because they'll ask the one kid who's worked there 4 months and knows a couple things. The students rate high on politeness and courtesy so it's hard to be rude to them, but it would be nice if the office had some manager type presence to resolve these things.
