Worry about that more than the rest. Those hormone clinics have women especially live there and not get anywhere because those things aren't the primary driver. You focus on the primary drivers, not the other stuff. You can work on that too, but it's not the first thing to go to. Again, give any trainer one of those people and a focused diet and they will drop body fat, period. Take thyroid stuff. All studies show that even a really bad thyroid on decreases metabolic rate by not near as much as many women say.

"Most of the extra weight gained in hypothyroid individuals is due to excess accumulation of salt and water. Massive weight gain is rarely associated with hypothyroidism. In general, 5-10 pounds of body weight may be attributable to the thyroid, depending on the severity of the hypothyroidism."



Again, focus on muscle gain and eating protein, and fiber, and getting proper sleep. Most of the rest is just a racket for people to spend money and be addicted to clinics and have an excuse. Again, why does Ozempic work? The real reason is not hormones or voodoo, you eat less, period because it stops your appetite.
