K. What do you think is more beneficial? Just keep dropping calories no matter
how much under it seems it should take to lose fat until they finally do start losing it, or address probable issues with insulin, cortisol, estrogen, testosterone, etc, so that they don't have to go so far under the typical number of calories it would take to result in weight loss?
