Nebraska was AAU when they joined.
I remember when they lost AAU membership and the story was “will the Big10 kick them out now?”
It used to be listed as a requirement. Then Nebraska lost their membership and it changed to being a strong consideration.
I’m sure Nebraska would love to have more schools join who aren’t AAU to help them feel more secure.
