Japan Coug Intervention Needed

I think there will likely be 3 bids in total for the Big 12 and ACC this year,

and most years, unless there happen to be 2 truly outstanding teams in each conference. Before yesterday, it appeared that KSU or ISU could fit the bill for the Big 12 (along with BYU), and SMU or Clemson for the ACC (along with Miami). Now, only BYU, Miami, and SMU are realistic candidates for at-large berths between the two conferences.
