While sign stealing might have some impact, I think a more consistent explanation for doing poorly OOC is the relatively poor quality of the PAC 12 in general.

I also think that if sign stealing were the main reason for Utah’s total collapse then we’d have seen this with more programs than just Utah.

My guess is those rumors of internal strife on the team are closer to truth than local media is willing to explore. Sad state of affairs for Kyle’s team.
