Hopefully it's the latter. I'd love to keep 4 seniors with starting experience,

add in 2 highly touted sophomores in Koz and Crawford with a year of continuity, the best incoming freshman class we've ever seen of 3-4 guys that are all potential immediate contributors, and a few veteran transfers to plug holes.... that's a possible recipe for a decent year.
