Could be. May be the Rose Bowl will slowly lose its Big Ten association...
but the rotation is Peach-Fiesta and Cotton-Orange.
So, next year it will be the Rose, Sugar, Cotton, and Orange Bowls in the quarterfinal rotation.
The CFP committee could place BYU in the Cotton Bowl without any geographical disadvantage so long as we aren't playing a school from Texas or Oklahoma...and still place the Big Ten champ in the Rose Bowl.
I think the Rose Bowl will almost assuredly hosted by the Big Ten champion this year and next.
