Say what you want about the new PAC, but it is in a position to have its champion be the default G5 CFP representative. And with Gonzaga, that is a 3 bid league most years. That is very appealing to Memphis, which is a basketball school first. And if Memphis jumps ship Tulane & UTSA will follow. Memphis is the lynchpin in the entire deal.
