Bad smells don't objectively factor into the physics and economics of operating
the aircraft.
Fat people aren't just an annoyance, there is an objective issue.
Consideration for common decency and nuisance to the other passengers is worth a discussion, but it's a different one. We already have airline policies about dress codes and acceptable behavior, so that can of worms has already been opened for subjectivity.
