As one who has topped 3 bills before (245 as of this morning 😀), I never spilled into anybody else's seat, I have never needed a seatbelt extender, I am a tall guy, my body type is such the weight didn't affect the person next to me.

But there are people who way less then me, and do spill over.

Just going by pure weight is not going to solve the issue.

Also, I do believe there needs to be compassion, we should not be publicly humiliating people.

I am not sure the solution.... As the OP shows, this is a legit issue
