Part of that is that he shouldn’t be in CF anymore (2 years ago he played a decent to good CF, but not anymore). He has a very good arm, but the thing you don’t notice when watching him is the balls he’s not getting to, his range wasn’t great this year.

Calling him a defensive liability is too far though.

Maybe someday he can be an iPad kid in the dugout for 2:30 hours each game and he’ll be even better at the plate.
