Exactly. By simple definition, he is a "quitter." But not the way I'm used to it
To say someone is a "quitter" usually means they failed to met the call of a challenge. That might be part of this, and I don't know the truth of what he was promised, what he got, or what he might get by leaving.
But if a person/group/team convinced him to come to UNLV by lying to him and he's putting his foot down, that is something at least a little different than just packing up and quiting. IMO.
