So often a team that is ranked 20 at the end of the year (often due to early season loss(es) is playing much better than a team ranked top 10. Settle it on the field. Adding a round of games doesn't add a month...look at FCS and DII timelines. Plus, you're only talking about a few schools/teams that even make it, and even less than that make it to play more than one game. Absurd argument.
