I was there for all three meals a day with my wife and kids. When work was over, I was already home, so I'd go outside and socialize with neighbors as I worked in the yard or garden. I'd go help a neighbor move something heavy during the day.

In the office, we socialize plenty, and meetings are exactly as described except most of our executives are still working remote so most meetings are still on Teams.
