I am either interviewing defendants in jail, prison, treatment facility, their home, etc., remotely (or I also do in person interviews as needed). Then it is a lot of record review of police reports, past mental health records, etc. Report writing takes up a lot of my time to prepare the written product for the various courts or agencies I am working with. Then the last bit of my time would be communicating with the Courts, attorneys, agencies, staff that work for me, etc.
