I feel like we've really worked on it, though, and that my kids are starting to really use the tech well. I often "catch" both of my teenage daughters on the Gospel app, reading scriptures. I saw one daughter using the Living app the other day, putting in her goals.
We had to figure out limits and blocks on our end as parents.
Phones are powerful and at some point, an entire world opens up to them that they need to manage correctly. I see arguments for starting that process young. I also see arguments for waiting. I think the conclusion is whether they are 12 or 18, if you just hand them a smart phone and don't help them know how to use it appropriately, it will likely cause some problems in their lives.
