And I'm sure you trusted Tuiaki more than 100% of CB. Coaches aren't infallible
And these guys are getting paid well. Tom is their boss, but ultimately the fans and donors are indirect stakeholders. That's one thing I think is lost on a lot of people. If I'm a cougar club member, season ticket holder supporter of the sponsors of BYU sports, I am a stakeholder. Seeing problems like a good amount of CB saw with Tuiaki years before he was let go or problems with Funk from the time he started shows that sometimes the collective knowledge on CB has it right well ahead of the curve.

These coaches aren't infallible. There are really easy examples even with good coaches where they got it wrong. Charlie Brewer earned the job over Cam Rising in 2021 in camp at Utah. The decision was questioned by many and proved to be the wrong one. The coaches that made the decision are widely considered good coaches. It seems foolish to make a comment like I trust ARod/Kalani/Tuiaki over all of CB. These guys aren't perfect and make mistakes. Sometimes they are right, but sometimes they aren't.
