The QB had time, but not quite enough, to turn his shoulders parallel
to the throw. IMHO if he had just a fraction more time he could have more fully stepped into the throw and there would have been a play on the ball. Maybe Evan gets there, maybe he doesn't.
His coverage was OUTSTANDING for the first 10-15 yards before the receiver broke on the post.
