generally no one in a similar role is paid dramatically more or dramatically less than others. There are exceptions (Demin), but generally try to keep everyone within a generally similar range. I can't guarantee the basketball follows this philosophy closely, but there have been reports that the football team generally does. Some of the lower numbers may be too low, if the basketball team has embraced an aspect of this philosophy.
