Disappointing finding that correction of blood sugars after being out of control actually worsens the neuropathy.

Can try 6 months of “R - alpha Lipoic acid”. If it doesn’t say “R”-don’t buy it, it won’t help.
Also lipid soluble vitamin B1- Benfotiamine.
