Watching it in real time I first agreed with what people were saying, but slowing it I completely changed my mind. The RB is about half a yard closer the line of scrimmage when it is hiked and is even with the QB. Seems unlikely that small of a movement towards the line would be called very often.
I was going to upload an image but I guess I have to be a subscriber...if you watch the play slowly the center moves his hands just after the 4 second mark. The RB is even with the QB. Once the ball gets to the QBs hands he is about half way to the line of scrimmage (not that it matters, the hike is when the center starts moving the ball).
