But his number one competitive advantage is strength and conditioning. His track programs are always the top sprinter-producers in the state. His kids are throwing around weight like no other kids in the state. No one takes S&C more seriously than Kjar. His kids are the fastest and the strongest... then you couple that with his winning talent and scheme... pretty nice recipe for success.
Would be interesting to see if it could be replicated at the college level. Hard to lock down those same kinds of advantages at the next level.
