of a strong NIL. If the funds were already coming in, or at least being promised, before he interviewed with Kentucky I would think he stays at BYU. But maybe Kentucky holds a strong enough place in his heart that regardless of support from Ryan and others that once they called he was gone. The way it was talked about in the press when KY was hired is that Ryan wasn't hugely involved, at least in NIL terms, until KY came on board, but I may be reading too much into the statements and articles.
