It's not a perfect one to one correlation, but those are the guys most likely to end on the practice squad.

There's exceptions though. For example, every player on the bubble for BYU, I'd expect to get a practice squad spot. For the likely cut? Tooley almost certainly would, but Rehkow (if cut) probably wouldn't (though he'd be more likely to find a job elsewhere). It's a function of age, position and expectations.

Similarly, I don't see any way that Robbins makes the active roster, so he's in 'Almost certain to be cut'...but I also think he's likely for the practice squad
